This guide provides instructions on how to configure an "Image with Preview" node in dynamic forms in OverIT's NextGen FSM platform. By configuring this node, you can enable users to capture and display a single photo directly within the input field, and define specific criteria for this image.
Before you begin
Ensure you have access to the dynamic form configuration within the FSM product. This task assumes you are in the process of defining or modifying a dynamic form.
How to Configure Image with Preview Node Options

Add an Image with Preview Node: Insert a new "Image with Preview" node into your dynamic form.

Define Image Limits and Requirements:

In the “Max KB Size” field, define the maximum file size allowed for the image.

In the “Mandatory Photo” field, select this option if a photo is required for the form to be submitted.

Configure Dynamic Behavior using Expressions
The Image with Preview node supports expressions, allowing dynamic behavior based on certain conditions.

Access Expression Settings: Locate the expression configuration section for the Image with Preview node.

Define Conditions for Dynamic Behavior:

To control visibility: Set conditions to make the node visible or hidden.

To enforce mandatory input: Configure conditions to make the node mandatory based on specific criteria.

To auto-populate data: Define conditions to automatically fill the field with a photo or pre-fill the node with other data.
