Manage customer multimedia

After you create a customer, you can manage supporting documents and upload photos to their profile.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have added your customer.

Follow the UI path

All following instructions start from this system path:

Features > Core > Asset Management > Customer Search

Upload multimedia content

To associate photos, documents, or technical drawings directly with a customer profile:

1. In the Filters panel, enter at least one search parameter.

2. Click Search.

3. In the Customers list, next to the desired customer, click the Three dots menu. 

4. Select View.

5. At the bottom of the Customer data page, click the Multimedia contents button.

6. In the Multimedia attachments page, click the Load file icon.

7. In the main data section, click the Choose file button.

8. In your file browser, select a document from your local machine.

9. Click Open.

10. Click Load file

11. Select the correct file type from the dropdown menu.

12. Click Save.
