Identify kit materials and replenishment parameters in the mobile app

This topic describes how to use the Stock Monitor in the mobile application to distinguish between materials that are part of an official Material Kit and residual stock. It also explains how to access the specific replenishment thresholds that drive automated inventory logic.

By identifying kit-specific materials, technicians can better manage their vehicle stock and understand why certain replenishment orders are triggered based on defined minimums and increments.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure the following:

  • Your mobile device has synchronized with the server to receive the latest Material Kit definitions and replenishment attributes.

  • A Material Kit must be associated with your assigned Mobile Warehouse in the back-office configuration. For back-office setup, see https://overit-spa.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GP/pages/105453944839

  • You are logged into the mobile application with a user profile assigned to a Mobile Warehouse.

Identify and View Kit Material Details

Follow these steps to manage your mobile warehouse inventory and view kit-specific replenishment parameters.

1. Open the Stock Monitor

  1. Open the mobile application main menu.

  2. Navigate to the Stock Monitor section.

  3. The system displays a list of all materials currently available in your assigned Mobile Warehouse.

2. Distinguish Kit Materials from Residual Stock

  1. Review the material list in the Stock Monitor.

  2. Look for the Kit Indicator icon (a toolbox symbol) on the material row:

    • Icon Present: The material is part of the officially assigned Material Kit.

    • No Icon: The material is considered "residual stock" or an additional item not belonging to the standard kit.

3. View Replenishment Parameters

  1. Tap the Kit Indicator icon on a specific material row to open the Kit Details pop-up.

  2. Review the following read-only information:

    • Material Code and Description: Confirms the identity of the item.

    • Minimum Threshold: The stock level that triggers a replenishment request.

    • Threshold Increment: The standard quantity used to calculate replenishment volumes.

  3. On the header of the pop up you can see also a recap of the Material kit in wich the material is included, you can review the following read-only information:

    • Material Kit Code and Description: Confirms the identity of the Material Kit.

  4. Tap the “Close” action to return to the main Stock Monitor list.

Note: If your device is offline, the Stock Monitor displays information based on the last successful synchronization. If no kit is associated with your warehouse, no indicators will appear.
