View emergency response activities

Quickly access the current operational status of urgent work. Access current urgent activities handled by the emergency response logic to monitor:

• Urgent WO operations taken into account by the emergency response process.

• Current processing state.

• Assignment result.

• Processing counter.

• Last processing date.

• Latest processing error, where available.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure:

• You have configured an emergency response.

  • See Configure and activate emergency response.

• A technician has logged in an emergency response to analyze.

Follow the UI path

All following instructions start from this system path:

Features > Core > Daily and Multi-day Plan > Daily Plan.

Filter urgent activities

To find a specific urgent activity:

1. On the Daily plan page, click the More actions button.

2. Select Emergency response activities.

3. In the Filters side panel, enter the operations center and any desired parameters.

4. Click Search.
