Configure an Operations Center

Create an Operations Center (OC) to define your organizational hierarchy. This process links your physical work locations with the logical structures and geographic layers utilized by the scheduling engine.

OCs control dedicated sets of resources and Work Order (WO) types. They are commonly defined by three main factors:

  • Personnel: Both technical office staff (planners, dispatchers) and field technicians.

  • Territorial competence: The specific geographical area the OC is responsible for managing.

  • Independent scheduling: The ability to handle localized resource management and scheduling.

Prerequisites

To add a new OC:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Organizational Structure > Operations Center.

  2. At the bottom of the interface, click Add Operations Center
