Configure Structure

To manage OCs that overlap in the same territory, organizational structures help your organization represent the overarching territorial divisions. The first operation in the configuration process is defining the organizational structures the Company is divided into, based on the services it will execute.

Add a new structure

To add a new structure:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Organizational Structure > Structure

2. Click Add Structure.

3. Populate fields:

   1. Id: The system identifier for the structure.

   2. Code: The unique code representing the structure.

   3. Description: A brief explanation of the structure's purpose.

   4. Order: The display order or hierarchy level.

   5. Active flag: Allows a structure to be enabled or disabled.

   6. Booking flag: Defines the use of the structure for the agenda.

4. Click Insert to save the structure.

Note: Upon defining the structures, one or more related validity periods may be specified. This allows for easy editing in the event of future reorganizations (with a specific focus on booking structures).
