Understand emergency response with real traffic

There are three sequential phases of an emergency response:

• Recalibrate: Evaluates technicians’ current positions, task statuses, and availability to identify suitable field technicians for the emergency assignment.

• Assignment: The urgent activity is assigned to the fastest eligible technician.

• Reprocessing (Re-elaboration): The rest of the technician's day is filled with non-urgent tasks.
