Search and Manage Notifications

Overview

You can search for and manage notifications already available in the system using the notification window. Management tasks include viewing details, modifying status, and associating Work Orders (WO).

Search Notifications

To search notifications, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Features > Notification Management > Search Notifications.

  2. (Optional) In the Filters panel, define search parameters.

  3. Select Search.

Understanding the Notification List

The Notification List table displays information for each notification (for example, code, WO, anomaly, status, priority, date).

In addition to master data, the table provides these attributes:

  • Wait time: The time elapsed between opening and closing the notification. If the notification is not closed, it shows the time elapsed until the present moment. The system uses set thresholds to define the theme color and allow filtering by these values.

  • Timezone: Opening, closure, breakdown time, and WO schedules reflect the local time of the operations center that the notification refers to.

  • Current Resources/Resources: A list of resources who have taken charge of the notification (or the associated WO) at least once. It specifies the resources currently in charge.

  • Generated by EWO: Indicates whether the notification relates to a WO associated with a filled-out electronic work order (EWO).
