Export xlsx file - Coverage scenario

Before you start

  1. Create Coverage scenario

  2. Execute a coverage scenario

Export a coverage scenario

  1. In the FSM App, navigate to FEATURES → FORECASTING & CAPACITY PLANNING → CAPACITY PLANNING

  2. Use the filter panel to search for existing scenarios

  3. Open the option button of a “Processed:OK” scenarios and click “Export in xlsx”


The xlsx file contains:

  • Capacity Planning Header: general information about scenario

    • Capacity Planning Header: scenario’s id

    • Operations Center: operation center related to the scenarios

    • Code: scenario’s code

    • Description: scenario’s description

    • Resource Forecast: resource forecast used in the scenario

    • Activity Forecast: activity forecast used in the scenario

    • State: status of scenario

    • Coverage Start Date: first date covered by the scenario, automatically filled by the system. It considers the overlap between Resource and Activity Forecast.

    • Coverage End Date: last date covered by the scenario, automatically filled by the system. It considers the overlap between Resource and Activity Forecast.

    • Processing Start Date: the date when the user starts to execute the scenario

    • Processing End Date: the date when the user ends to execute the scenario

  • CP Result: information about scenario’s coverage. In this sheet there are two tables about activities and resources.

    • The resource table contains:

      • Num. of Resources with Underloaded Saturation: number of resources with commitment under 40%

      • Num. of Resources with Normal Saturation: number of resources with commitment between 40% and 79%

      • Num. of Resources with High Saturation: number of resources with commitment between 80% and 99%

      • Num. of Resources with Full Saturation: number of resources totally committed (100%)

    • The activity table contains:

      • Num. of Activities with Underloaded Assignment: number of activities with assignment under 40%

      • Num. of Activities with Normal Assignment: number of activities with assignment between 40% and 79%

      • Num. of Activities with High Assignment: number of activities with assignment between 80% and 99%

      • Num. of Activities with Full Assignment: number of activities totally assigned (100%)

  • CP Details: information about the assignment of each resource to each activity

    • Resource Code

    • Resource Name

    • Resource Surname

    • Activity Code

    • Activity Description

    • Resource Work Duration (in minutes)

    • Resource Overtime (in minutes)

    • Resource Unavailability (in minutes)

    • Activity Expected Duration (in minutes)

    • Time-frame Start Date

    • Time-frame End Date

    • Resource Committed Ordinary Time (in minutes)

    • Resource Committed Overtime (in minutes)

    • Activity Assigned Ordinary Time (in minutes)

    • Activity Assigned Overtime (in minutes)

    • Activity Assigned Total Time (in minutes)
