Define the priority of each timeframe, so they can be properly handled by the capacity planning algorithm. The impact of each priority level depends on the coverage algorithm’s configuration.

Create a forecast activity priority
To categorize how important a timeframe is:

In the FSM app, click Configuration > Forecasting & capacity planning > Forecast activity priority.

To search for existing records, use the filter panel.

At the top-right of the page, click New to create a new one.

Fill in all mandatory fields in the form.

To create the priority, click Save.
Notes:

The priority value can be from 0 (high priority) to 9 (low priority).

Since priority is mandatory, the system will ask you to set a priority as default.

If default is true on a priority, that priority is the default for all timeframes that are new or without priority.
Modify or delete a priority

In the row menu, click the Three dot menu.

Select what action you want to do to the forecast shift model:
