To help the planner speed up the work-shift’s configuration phase of a resource forecast, define a shift model that can be used in more resources.
Create a forecast shift model

In the FSM app, click Configuration > Forecasting & capacity planning > Forecast shift model.

To search for existing records, use the filter panel.

At the top-right of the page, click New to create a new one.

Fill in all mandatory fields in the form.

Starting Day: The day of the week when the new template starts

Sequence: The length of the new shift template

To create the shift model, click Save.
Modify or delete a forecast shift model

In the row menu, click the Three dot menu.

Select what action you want to do to the forecast shift model:

Detail: Configure the work shifts' model.

Edit: Edit the model’s code and description.

Delete: Deactivate the model.

Note: In the detail page, configure for:

The day of the week.
-
The total time in minutes of work duration.
-
Unavailability.
-
Unusable time.
-
Max overtime.
