Locate and Execute Bundles

Once a Work Order Bundle is scheduled and the daily plan is validated by dispatch, it becomes available on your mobile device. This guide explains how field technicians can locate bundled work packages, take them in charge, and seamlessly navigate between grouped tasks while out in the field.

Instructions

  1. Locate Your Assigned Bundles: Bundles appear as a single, unified entry in the To Do tab of your Interventions agenda. You can also locate them using two additional methods:

    1. Via the Map: Open the map interface. Bundles are represented by a distinct icon to differentiate them from standalone work orders. Tapping a bundle icon (or expanding its card) reveals all associated work orders as numbered pins, illustrating your exact execution sequence.

    2. Via the Search Menu: Navigate to the Work Orders Search page. Change the View Type filter at the top of the panel to Bundles. This reveals bundle-specific search fields (such as Name, Bundle Status, and Insert Date) to help you quickly find a specific package.

  2. Take the Bundle in Charge: Before beginning travel or work, you must accept the assignment.

    1. From the Map: Tap the bundle to open its card and tap the Take in Charge button. A confirmation will display, and the status will update immediately.

    2. From the Details View: Open the Bundle detail mask. Tap the Bulk Operations button (located in the top right) and select Take in Charge.

  3. Execute and Navigate Between Tasks: As you arrive and begin work, you can manage the bundle efficiently without constantly returning to the main task list.

    1. Bulk Status Updates: Use the Bulk Operations button in the Bundle detail mask to mass-update the status of all operations simultaneously (e.g., selecting On-site arrival or Running).

    2. Seamless Navigation: When viewing the details of a specific task within the bundle, use the Next Operation and Previous Operation arrow icons to instantly move back and forth through your defined sequence.
