Use bundle monitor

Access the bundle monitor

  1. Click Main menu > Features > Job Bundler > Bundle Monitor.

  2. Select the fields in the “Filters” side panel.

Search a bundle

To create a bundle list table, click Search. 

Types of search filters

Bundle header

  • Operations Center

  • Bundle Id

  • Name

  • Creator User

  • Creation Date

    • Creation date specifies the time frame (“From” – “To” and time).

  • Bundle State

    • Note: All states are selected by default, except for Canceled.

  • Work Order Code

    • If selected, it shows the bundles with at least one operation of the WO entered.

  •  Locked

    • ⚠️ Important: If checked, the bundle cannot be cancelled.

    • Manual

    • Automatic

Bundle criterion

  • Technical Object Bundling Type

    • Same Technical Object

    • Same Parent

    • Same Root

  • Technical Object

    • Refers to the “Select customer/facility” section

  •  Location Bundling Type

    • Same Municipality

    • Same Street

    • Same Street Number

  • Municipality  

  • Address

  • Street Number

  • Same Request Type

Contents of the results table

The results table includes information like:

  • Id

  • Name

  • Operations Center

  • Creation User

  • Creation Date

  • Bundle State

  • Operation Number

  • Locked

Flag bundles

  • On the left side of each table row, click the box to flag a bundle.

  • To select all bundles, click the box on the header row.

Unbundle a selection
