Create job bundles

Bundle operations through rules, or manually bundle operations from choosing schedulable activities. Once you create a bundle, its attributes are calculated. See About bundle details.

⚠️ Important:

  • All bundled WO operations must belong to the same operations center.

  • Some conditions are excluded, such as:

    • WOs by order.

    • WO operations linked by rules like simultaneous scheduling, suspension, or blocking.

    • WO operations with pending actions like incomplete suspension or cancellation.

    • Operations with an appointment in the past.

    • WO operations that belong to a multistage group.

    • WOs or WO operations with associated permits.

Use a bundling rule

To create a new bundle, launch one or more bundling rules. See Bundling rules.

Automatically bundle

Use the Automatically bundle partial operations rule to create closed “child” bundles from partially-completed operations of “parent” bundles.

  1. Select the Automatically bundle partial operations parameter for specific bundling rules.

  2. Create a new bundle based on this rule.

Once a parent bundle with partial outcomes is definitively closed, a new "child" bundle with these partially closed operations immediately generates.
