Manage and replenish admitted van stock on mobile

Audience: Technicians

To maintain your vehicle’s correct inventory level and complete assignments on-time,  trigger replenishment workflows for any pre-approved material on your mobile device. View and request stock for admitted materials that are specifically authorized for your mobile warehouse. 

Prerequisites

Before you start:

• In the warehouse monitor, use the back-office “Admitted Materials” configuration to configure materials as “Admitted Materials” for your specific warehouse in a mobile warehouse.

• To sync your mobile device, ensure you have an active internet connection.

Replenish out-of-stock materials

To generate a request for new stock:

1. In the mobile app, navigate to the Van stock section.

2. Toggle the All admitted filter option.

   • Note: An inactive filter typically only displays materials in stock in the van or that are used in a material’s kit assigned to the mobile warehouse.

3. To find the admitted material you need to restock, browse the updated list.

4. Select the material.

5. Tap either:

   • Restore.

   • Replenish.
