Workflow

Step 1: Planner

The planner creates a work order directly from the map, entering all essential information needed to manage the emergency without delay.

Step 2: Dispatcher

Once submitted, the work order is sent to the FSM system, and the dispatcher can now assign the job to the most suitable technician.

Step 3: Planner

Once the repair is complete, all updates are instantly shared with NextGen Geo. On NextGen Geo, the planner can now verify that the work order has been completed and closed properly, ensuring nothing gets lost between teams.
