Understand the On hold tab
The On hold tab automatically appears in the mobile app when one or more WOs are suspended. WOs are automatically categorized as On Hold and moved to the dedicated tab when:
-
At least one operation within the WO is completed with a partial outcome.
-
Remaining work is suspended since it can’t be finished immediately.
Note: If no work orders are currently suspended, the tab is hidden to reduce clutter.
View suspended work
To access the partially completed WOs:
-
Open the mobile application.
-
Navigate to either:
-
The Agenda screen.
-
The Work orders screen.
-
-
In the top navigation bar, to review suspended WOs, tap the On hold tab.
-
To view its specific details and history, tap on any WO.
Resume work on suspended WOs
When you resume a suspended WO:
-
The original WO closes and is stored as a read-only historical record.
-
Although completed operations are finished, all suspended operations are migrated to a new WO.
-
If work stops again before completion, remaining tasks return to the On hold tab.
Restart a suspended WO
To continue work on a suspended WO and move a new WO into your To do tab:
-
In the mobile app, navigate to the On hold tab.
-
Tap the WO you want to continue.
-
At the bottom of the screen, select the Restart button.
