This API cancel a Work Order Operation.
The allowed status for operation to be cancelled are: FIXED, TO_BE_ACCEPTED, TO_RESCHEDULE, LOCKED, OPEN, SCHEDULABLE
The status of the cancelled operation will be CANCELLED
