This API close an existing Project.
The Project has to be in Active or Draft status Project Statuses: Revision 1 (2024 W1) (PRJ013 error code).
All Project activities have to be in Cancelled or Closed status Project Activity Statuses: Revision 1 (2024 W1) (PRJ014 error code).
