The Project has to be in Draft or Active status https://overit-spa.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NEXTGENFSMAPIS/pages/103041564673 (PRJ100 error code).
The Project activity has to be in Technically Closed status Project Activity Statuses: Revision 1 (2024 W1) (PRJ104 error code).
