This API updates a notification activity linked to the specified notification position.
The update task validates the input as follows:

Notification header status must be OPEN or IN_PROGRESS

Notification position status must be VALID

Catalog code validation:

catalog code type’s entity type must be ACTIVITY

catalog code must be unique for the specified position
